hello? does anyone have a clue? I may really be screwed if there are now third party to this and commander war in europe.. two games I enjoy but would love to update with patches.. please for the love of humanity, ok that was a little over the top.. to restate I am looking for these patches from a non matrix sight.. only matrix ftp seems to be blocked and many alterations an no known answer to my legitimately owned games!

You need to post in support. I never had to search elsewhere since Matrix works for me. Since a serial number is needed to install the patch, you may be SOL.

You're in luck.  Knowing how to Google, I found this for you:

thanks, and ouch.. soo I need a serial number , CHECK since I have 30 plus MAtrix games, have been a playtester here and elsewhere and HATE piracy that is not an issue! and getting the game dl to work here from "support" since it is not a game issue did not seem quite right THANKS! I like these last few games, seems we keep raising the bar... hope the patch increases the gmaes appeal and the designers and MAtrix are rewarded for the hard work etc etc... [&o]
