can't import old assoc

I had an old demo association from PS 2005 that I want to upgrade to use in PS2007. I attempted to do the conversion, but I got an error message - cannot upgrade from version 338 to 386 - "not a valid password:. Perhaps it is due to my never purchasing 2005, and hence it was not valid?

I must say I am pleased to support Shaun & co tho so I'd like to get this fixed :-)
