Cavalry entering towns after updating to 1.1

During my latest game (1914 Entente) I noticed that now my cavalry units are able to enter towns.

Same here. Also cavalry units are not able to enter clear hexes that are enemy controlled, even if leaving from a hex containing friendly infantry. 1.1 seems to have fixed some cavalry issues, but crated new ones.

The entering town bug is shown below.

Cavalry can now enter friendly towns - but the limits on them entering difficult terrain that belongs to enemy are being enforced like they were supposed to be - they can't take mountain or rough (and marsh??  not sure about that...)so check the hexes you're trying to occupy

The picture above shows Russian cavalry unable to enter a friendly town. This is using the most recent patch. They are able to move into it by strat movement, but not by normal movement. They also can't enter clear hexes that belong to the enemy.

They should be able to if stacked with a friendly infantry unit.
