Ordered game but it never arrived!

Have been trying to contact Matrix & River via Emails but only have had automated replies.
Ordered it two weeks ago, downloaded it OK but also ordered the CD version which has never arrived. Now been more thn 10 working days which is what their automated serviec said was the max time to wait. Any ideas whom I should speak to now as i can't get any sense out of either Matrix or River!!!
This is very annoying as the previous game I ordered never arrived, it eventually found its way back to the shipper about 4 months later marked as 'undeliverable' >>> [:@]

hmm. honestly i have no clue. try posting on general forums, or failing that, post in a well populated forum. that should get attention

Sounds like they have a bad address for you. Next time you order have it sent to your office or some alternate address. There may be some kind of address verification algorithm that isn't recognizing your street addy.
 
Or maybe they just don't like you.

Thanks,  I did also order 'Carriers at War' at the same time and that arrived OK
