How to Install V2.3 if I Have V2.2

If I have V2.2 already installed do I just unzip V2.3 into the same directory? The download website says there is some Windows install program - how do I run that? I didn't see any READ.ME to help me in the zipped download . . .thanks.

Hi, just DL unzip and then click on the blue computer icon.
