Axis controlled regions

I know it's not going to happen often but it would be nice to add up an option to swap controls of regions between Axis powers.

The example is in my tourny game as Axis right now where I would have send troops to Ethiopia to ensure the control of the Red Sea Narrows and prevent US ships to sail via Suez to threaten India.

There was only 2 US INF next to it so it would have render the task of taking it back much harder for the Allied. Now they can walk in since Italy surrenders. In a real situation Japanese troops would have walked in whatever Germany could have said.

It could happen in situation where Germany could invade India early in the game.

What I would propose is to give the option for Germany to give controls to Japan the same way we do disband a unit. Just a pop-up screen "Want to give this region to Japan control?". Same could go other way Japan to Germany even if I see that less likely to happen.

An option to forcely take control of a region if free of troops could be given as well at a supply costs for the new owner.

I wouldn't give that choice to Russia - Allied players as it's unlikely Great Britain or Russia would have given part of their lands to each others or accept those to be seized if not firstly invaded by the Axis.
