About to buy the game, please help!

Post by jadam12 »

Greetings,
after reading through the reviews provided by various players I've decided that this title is quite interesting and I'd like to buy it.
I dont own a credit card that is valid for online payments and wanted ton use the European Bank Transfer option, but i got an error message that it does not work from Hungary.
My question is that how can I transfer money without paypal to buy the game (using the conventional bank methods)?
I could not find any bank account number to do so and I'd really like to buy that game. Could any of the moderators/Matrix officials give me any help, please?

Thanks a lot,
I hope I'll succeed soon!

Hi Jadam,

Did you make sure to use try both the European and Other Countries sub-stores to see if one of those would work? If you can't get it working, you can e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your order # and we can investigate why it isn't accepting your transfer.

Regards,

I've sent you an e-mail!
To pay from the non-european store one would need to have a us bank account which I dont have, since I'm from Hungary.
Really dont know what to do now...[&:]

Thanks, so do I!
It loves very interesting from the AARs and reviews, and it covers the great war that is rarely simulated at such scale (and I love that time period:)).

A great game so far! I own the old Avalon Hill Guns of August board game, and this game compares very favorably (whenever I played it, my wife & friends would comment: "Nothing's moved since the last time you were playing.").
:)
Nice additions are the tech options, naval options, diplomatic functions, etc.

Much like the real war on the western front, post 1915[:)]
Any relationship between what I say and reality is purely coincidental.
