Patches...

I just bought the Game. I have the Demo, do I have to just download the latest Patch(1.70)or do I have to start from 1.51, or whatever the next Patch is once you have the Demo.

Simply download and install 1.70.

One other query if I may....I just bought the Digital Download using Paypal. Paypal has taken the $30 out of my Bank Account. But now I get an Email saying I have to wait 1 week?! Why? Arrghhh!!! Ican't wait another week to play...[:@]
