I do not understand the question. If you copy the scenario files into the SCEN folder - you have the changes that matter.

Don't use it for RHS or CHS it will srcew up all the good work, l believe it's only used in the basic game scenarios.

I now understand the question: it refers to a switch in the game settings. You should never update ANY mod using this switch - it will overwrite the mod data with later stock data.
