Does anyone know if Brian messed with the Japanese OOB? Are the reinforcements the same and scheduled for the same time?

Hi,...no their OOB is the same, but they do have additional units in the way of Manchurian (Chinese) garrison units.

What about for warships?  I keep reading about others who add ships to empty slots.  Did you do anything like that?

No, I didn't add warships to either side - I believe CHS & RHS did add small gunboats and the like. I was going to add the Soviet Navy, but after seeing they they are not available until Aug 45 ...I just didn't bother with that - it will be decided at sea long before then.
