Adding Playbooks from FBMax

I am brand new to this game and would like to add some of the playbooks from fbmax.com. How do I do this, do I simply unzip the plays and copy them to c:\matrix games\maximum-football\plays ?

It's better to import the playbook

you can import the playbook by unzipping into the maximum football directory then import the book from the utilities.

I think putting the plays in the plays folder works also but Iam not completely sure I just import the playbook myself
