Med. Bombers in LV

Maybe I´m wrong but I thought that when you have med. bombers you have to choose their target in the deployment phase but there´s not a deployment in MC. If so, why I have a med. bomber in LV ?

Mediumj bombers? If there are any in the battles, they are to be used as the player sees fit. Set their targets as you want. Ther are a couple of battles where the bombers are preset, but most are not. The bombers are used rarely as I prefer to see the planes as they attack. That is why there is a preponderance of Stuka's in Lost Victories. That and because they were the predominant airecraft for gound attack.
