National Status Screen

Could someone please explain the meanings of the numbers below the Buy buttons on the National Status Screen . I understand the current numbers but what exactly do the hyphenated numbers indicate?

If there's 2 digits then that's the number of the item you're going to receive next strat turn.

If there's 3 digits then the 3rd one is hte number you're going to get in 2 strat turns time.

Eg for HQ points 4-2-1 means you have 4 available now, will get another 2 next strat turn, and then 1 the strat turn after that.

If you buy something the value always goes into the right-most position, so yuo won't get your purchase to use for another turn or 2 depending on whether there's 2 or 3 digits showing.

It pays to plan ahead!
