Hi,

Lost my record of my serial number for the download I bought of TOAW, so now i cant do the lastest patch. Can matrix look up my number if i provide Name & personal info. Ive had the game for awhile so i cant even remember when i purchased the download.

Please go to our E-Store and click on "Store FAQs" , there check the "I need to lookup my serial / unlock key" link. Or go to www.findmyorder.com and enter your order number and password.

Ok...well i put in my email address and last 5 credit card numbers cause i dont recall order info numbers...but it brought up the last online purchase I made which had nothing to do with matrix games. The link doesnt seem to be "matrix games" specific.

I always get mine here: The Matrix support Try that one; I found the link Marc gave works but I purchase from other sites that use DR and it gets "confused" (so it seems). I use email and last 5 of credit card to get mine as I usually have misplaced the order numbers. Now I made a text file of them all

The e-store login or www.findmyorder.com should bring up a record of all past purchase made via digital river stores, including ours. Give it another try, you should be able to see more than just the last order.

Depending on the installer, there may also be a serialreg.txt in your installation directory that lists the serial number you used to install the game.

The serial number is also in the windows registry. Run regedit and browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Matrix Games
