A few days in, the Recon Track when to 5, however, note the marker on 2. Despite getting more Recon points, I still only get 2 targets.

This should be fixed with the adjustments I made with the last Recon track error you reported here...I redid the whole section of code involving Recon and North Korea, which ended up having a few rare glitches.

OK, so are you saying there's a new version/patch to d/l, or are you saying this shouldn't happen?  It have the Gold Master version.

Saved the game and came back to it later. Recon track now moving again, but the graphic is errant.
I now have 3 targets to choose from.

No, I have it fixed now for the next patch. The wrong amount of targets being drawn in North Korea I later discovered while fixing the Libya Recon problem you mentioned earlier, and is fixed.
