Fantasy Sim Question

Hello.

First, sorry if this is the wrong section. The board has changed quite a bit.

A few years and many version ago I wanted to get PureSim as an application to allow me to user my custom created all-star players for a random draft to make teams (10) that will play in a two league five teams each sim. Also, I want the players to not age if I play it over and over again which I would do just to see how closely the results are each year.

Also, it would be great if I did not have to create a custom database and I could just tell the game which players are eligible.

Is this possible with todays version? I do not necessarily have to watch any game, just sims with full saved box scores, standings, leaders, etc.

Anyone that has the game know? 
 
Also, the players would be from different years and ages.  e.g.;  1970 J. Bench, 60 Staub, etc...
