How's it coming along?

In Hornet Leader PC, you command a squadron of the U.S. Navy’s elite F/A-18 Hornet Strike Fighters! You select the pilots and arm the aircraft based on real-world mission briefings. Once you reach your objective, you evaluate threats, and do what needs to be done to destroy the target!

How's it coming along?

Post by NefariousKoel »

Just wondering if the patch that fixes some bugs is still on track for release this week.

Also, will there be a beta patch or is it just gonna get shot out there?

I am planning to purchase after the patch fixes the noted bugs, so am also interested in the progress.

We're testing it internally right now and so far, it's looking good. Can't say yet whether it will be out this week for sure, but if it's not out as an official update this week I think we'll post it as a public beta.

None of the bugs are "game killing" ones. They are just nuisances. You wouldn't even realize many of them until you'd had the game for awhile. What is neat about this game is that enough of the mechanics are exposed (die rolls for example) that it is plausable to have a basically 100% bug free game where-as in any other much more complicated wargame I guarantee there are still hundreds of bugs in backend calculations/logic etc. that no one will ever even know about.
