2.0 on cd/dvd ?

when will the new 2.0 game be on cd/dvd to buy?
right now it seems the only way to get the game is by download of the 2.o version. no box version is available anymore ?

Hi.

There is a boxed version (on CD) in the works. The delay in the boxed CD version was my idea. I wanted to ensure that the CD version was 2.1 and that the few minor hicups that have been reported were addressed before we created CDs.
