Patch 1.10 Lock Up

Playing my first real campaign on Average level, vs Libya Day 2 of 2. Freighter Attack:

Got to round three when a bandit took out one of planes. The end game music played for some reason and the screen froze over the battle board! Couldn't click a thing and had to alt-tab-delete.

I'll hold off playing any more until the real patch comes out but FYI guys.

I don't know if talking to SSG would help but IIRC they included a crash report generator in their Carriers at War and the data it sends them seems to have helped in ironing out their game.

Oh well, can't complain at $33 AUD and looks like a game worth waiting to be fixed. Best of luck [:)]

You can see that actual crashes are rather rare in the game, so it isn't "waiting to be fixed". I can safely say it crashes less than most 1.0 or 1.1 software people pay a lot of money for on the shelves. [:)] The crash you describe i've hardly ever heard, so it's some rare weird thing, more than likely.

Sorry it crashed on you but in fairness, that's a really rare thing, I'd go ahead and keep playing. I've played HL a lot and it has never once crashed on me.
