Small graphic glitch with pilots level-ups

When a pilot levels up he gets a star on his "card".
But if you have levelled pilots and load a game the stars don't appear on their first mission. It comes correctly back at the end of the mission.

In general I have trouble with this. After a load its sometimes there, and sometimes just after playing several missions in a row the stars disappear and later come back. This is post latest patch.

We'll continue to hunt for this one. You can always tell though if a pilot has leveled-up by looking at the XP numbers...
3/5 means he has earned 3 of 5 needed
6/5 means he leveled-up

On a similar note, in the pilot selection screen for mission prep the green border around each pilot selected doesnt always display.. Its pretty reproducable if you click around I can get it to show wrong just about everytime.. See screenshot.
