Possible UI Issues

a) I think I mentioned this one before - Town names/vic locations do not always show up on the strategic map. As far as I can tell they show up on the second turn after loading a savefile or on the first turn. IE no towns/vic locations at all.

b) There is "buzz-buzz" text in the combat display, while a turn is being resolved. What's the deal?
