Forge OF Freedom reinstall

Hey guys,
my problem. bought FOF when it came out but need to reinstall clean. went to "findmyorder" but i have been reissued new credit cards and can't confirm old credit card numbers. i don't have recipt from original purchase or order number. my fault. any suggestions.
