Again in war in Europe scenario as German the Minor allies. German, had its HQ listed as a BRITISHJ ONE! oops! now that just isn't cricket! easily corrected but ???
Another the Sv offences launched itself, no hand card played! Just accessed.

Could you give more details pls ?
Which HQ ? Was it subordinated to a enemy HQ or was there just a city (occupied by event)
that was set to deliver to a british HQ ?
 
Which Sv (soviet ?) offence you´re talking about ?
Not all events you can start by action cards. Some of them you can force by own actions
and others are time triggered. So for example Russians can declare war on Germany in 1942.
And as far as i know they do not have any offensive action cards available. Tom removed that.
 
So pls give more details.
