Hotkey List & Key Issues?

Is there a hotkey listing anyplace?

It seems that the "C" which is supposed to show control does not work, but instead the "O" and "K" does that. "O" which is supposed to do national orders is replaced by the "S" key.

Hotkeys were only introduced with one of the 1.2 beta's - I expect there'll be a list when 1.2 beceroms official.

Okay. Then, just know that some of the rollover text and keys functions don't actually sync up.
