a few suggestions

Post by micvik »

I am enjoying the game so far but there are a few nagging issues

- The inability to make more detailed playbook situations. For example that diffrentiate the first half from second half and the inability to import and export situations. In general, making it easier to fill situations with plays.

- On one play near the goaline in a Cpu vs Cpu game one team threw a pass that was caught out of bounce across the back of the endzone. the team was given a first down and goal from the 1

This is not real urgent stuff:

It would be nice if you could add a feature that would play out the non human player games for the week in Cpu vs Cpu mode. A person could just leave there computer for a few hours and find that the computer had played the Cpu games back -to- back in full 3d mode. It would be great for people who want the statistics of the cpu teams to match their own.

It would be wondeful if you could add the american college football style overtime to the game.

Another great feature would be puting the graduating seniors from a college league into a draft class for one of the proffesional leagues.

I like your suggestions because they are all valid one's. But careful on mixing in opinions with improvements. I personally, think the US. college overtime system to be an abomination of the game. I can't stand it. I'd rather a tie. That's how bad I think it is. But then again, I guess as an option it would be fine.

First half and second half gameplans was a FBPro feature that has been added to many community members' wish lists.  There are indications that a similar feature will be included in Maximum Football 3 (or whatever it will be named at that point in the future).

The 3D based sim should be able to do that.  That has been a requested feature for Maximum Football 3 as well.

Although I agree with mudrick that the college overtime system is poor, as leads to inflated scores and statistics, it would be nice to have as an in game option.

That would be the case if there was defensive pass interferece in the endzone.  Was there a penalty called on the play?

I personally find the collge OT exciting but I hear what you're saying mudrick. If the college OT is added it should definately be an option.

and to Marauders I am pretty sure of what I saw but it only happened once to me so you never know. Sometimes I leave the game running and I am looking at it from across the room so I could have missed the penalty.
