I just want to know when to place my pre-order so I don't get SCREWED out of a pre-printed game manual.

I've been waiting forever for this one, and now that its almost here I feel like I can't stand the wait a moment longer.  A prechristmas realease is rather bad timing though, the family will be rather upset when I cancel the holiday this year.
