Allied HQ's - Respawning in RHS

I am just starting a game (RHSRAO) and want to know about which Allied HQ's that don't respawn. I see that the RAF HQ in Malaya are more than just support troops, as an example.

Since Dutch and Philippine units don't respawn, presumably any HQ of those nationalities won't either. I don't think there are any Pp HQ, but there are Dutch HQ.
