Odd bug

I just ran into a rather odd bug while I was playing the random towns scenario. When I played it on my laptop I had no problems but when I tried to play the same game on my desktop computer it would keep incrementing the AI step number and never stop. However if I minimized the window it would stop and complete the turn within a second or two (I could tell because the end of turn audio would play). I let it go up to as high as 500 before I'd minimize it just to see how high it would go.
