minor bug in location pane from stats button

In the Loacation Pane accessed from the Stats button, the label of the top right table that displays the basic data about locations has a title of Town, rather than Basic Parameters, and this label does not change as you choose different location types in the left window. The data changes, just the title stays the same.

At least I assume that the table title should change. Not really a problem, but when you get to the point of swatting very small bugs, take a look at this one.
