Resolution for laptop...

Hi, if I use the resolution for a laptop ?????*800, I can't get a part of the map! I don't know why, but I can't go on the far eastern part of the map, I can't get to the caucasus... I try to scroll the map ( using arrow ) further east, but it just doesn't work!

This isn't really an issue for me, as I don't mind playing with the normal setting, I just tough I should point this out, so that you might have a chance to look at that before someone crazy starts writing a million non sense on the forum because he can't run with this resolution...
