Overview map problem

I have notice one problem with the small overview on the upper right corner of the main screen. The red outline of showing your current view on the map does not move as you scroll around the map. When you are dealing with a hugh map, it is easy to get lost as to your position. If the red outline would scroll on the overview map, that would be helpful in keeping track of your postion on the regular map. In all the game I have every played, you could alway tell the position of the regular map by the positon of the current location outlined on the small overview map. Thanks

I might add that this problem is only in the editor. In fact the overview map does not update in the editor unless you click on it.
