P-51 arrival

I am playing the campaign game as the allies. It is July 44. I have 423 P-51-B in the Replacement Pool. I can not get any access to P-51 as replacements. I have tried different aircraft at different locations and the best they show is P-51 authorized but 0 available. I also have not seen any P-51 squadrons arrive anywhere. I have a few P-51-? that have show up in photo recon squadrons. I need long range escorts for my B-29's besides the P-38"s.

How do I acces the P-51's????

You don't get any P-51B's. It's a bug.

Yes, in stock and some of the mods, the upgrade path leaves out the P-51B, so although they get built, nothing upgrades to them.

I thought if you kept a couple of groups of Apaches operational, they might upgrade to P51B but I think even they turn into Thunderbolts.

Yep. No P-51B groups have been defined in the reinforcement path and no reinforcing or on-map units have been set to directly upgrade to them. Two strikes, and you're out.
