I'm a bit unpleasantly surprised that the USMC OOB and TO&E has been completely removed from the game. Why was this decision made? Is it possible to get the USMC units from CCM into CCMT? The game appears to be very moddable.

Are you kidding me? Bummer - that was one of things making me look closely at the game - being able to simulate the modern Marine Corps in action!

So this is not the same version used by the USMC, then what is this, a striped down kiddy version? [8|]

Part of the deal with the USMC to release CCMT commercially was to remove everything Marines from it, which was done. Now, some intrepid modder could certainly retro fit it, but it can not and will not be done by Matrix, Stategy 3 Tatics or CSO Simtek.

A modder who knows what he is doing could probably do it in less than 20 hours of effort.

The game has modswap utility. It's very mod-friendly like other CC games.
