need program help!!!

Help!! I can't get my newly downloaded program to open!!

That's not really enough to get any help. What's the specific problem?

I down loaded my program but can not install it. It will not open!

As Terminus says, more detail is needed. 
 
When it works...
1. Download the file, it is a zip file.
2. Unzip file
3. Run the file that was in the zip file, this will be a .exe file.
4. Run thru the installer, put in serial number when requested.
5. installer finishes
6. Run the game thru start menu or via icon on desktop.
 
Now, which step is giving you grief?

Thank you very much! The program did not come up as being "zipped." I got an unzip program and installed it.
