I've never had any problems with AVG and WitP (knock on wood)...

Just happened to me today (a few hours ago)... it might get you on your next update, but maybe you have a different version or somthing.

At least Robert's method of sidestepping the problem worked. Good thing for me that I can actually turn my Internet connection off without unplugging anything; that means it's only a little annoying, rather than f*cking dangerous.

I've duplicated the issue - definitely a false positive - but very annoying. I'll see what we can do, in the meantime I'd suggest you all report it as a false positive to AVG.

I sent the file to AVG Antivirus and they have confirmed it is a False Positve. They will fix it within one of the upcoming Priority updates of AVG Antivirus.

I updated my AVG 1 minute ago and all my WitP versions (stock, CHS, RHS) are working fine[8D]

The latest AVG virus definition files (version 7.00.01.04) seem to fix the issue. I no longer get a trojan detection messages.
