RHS Levels and Descriptions

I just added a link on the RHS "Download Links" page at the web site. The new link explains the differences between the "RHS Levels and Scenarios". The link itself is easily found just below the "RHS Scenario Files" link. There has been some other improvements already done at the RHS web site. Expect some other new things to make navigating the RHS web site easier in the near future.
