How do I update my OOBs?

After a long hiatus from SPWAW, I decided to revisit this great game again and proceeded to download everything up to 8.4 including the enhanced DV mod. I started playing the "Das Reich" campaign and I am running into enemy infantry squads armed with 16" and 280 mm guns. Having one of these squads attack you can ruin your whole day! Obviously I forgot to download something. Can anyone help me?

Ok fisrt off....did you install the Enhanced mod properly...by using the modswap program?
What does your opening screen say the game version is?
And/Or did you download and Install the "Enhanced" Das Reich Campaign, or the original one built with 'vanilla' SPWAW?

I used the Modswap but I don't think I loaded the enhanced Das Reich. Where would I get that?
