Missing menus in the editor

Missing menus in the editor

Hi, I was reading the help section and it described menus in the edit menu, that I could not find. I switch between map and deployment mode, and I still did not see any of these menus. Please help.

***Cut Current Formation
***Paste Formation
***Modify Current Force
***Modify Current Formation
***Modify Current Unit -

Jeez, I don't have 12 hours of free time. I'm trying to start a FiTE game...
