new patches download

Hi: I have not had any trouble downloading patches or games until the new patches for advancedtactics and guns of august-when I try to download the new patches for these games I get an error message that this page cannot be shown. I tried to download the beta patch for advancedtactics again from the members page and it worked fine. Any suggestions? Adkad

I know it doesn't really help but, no problems here either. I am using IE7. Maybe clear out your history and cookies? It does not seem to be the site.

Disable your software anti-virus and firewall and then click:

ftp://ftp.matrixgames.com/pub/AdvancedT ... R-v102.zip

Post a screenshot and exact details of each click or screen after that.

I am also having same problem after suggestion here i tried another time also but same result?..Today my friend gaves me one solution if i get sucess will post here....

I think you guys musta monkeyed with your IE options either yourself or someother addon program.. But in either case other than using another FTP program here is a foolproof method that should work for anyone.....

From a DOS Command Prompt (Only type whats in the quotes):

type "ftp ftp.matrixgames.com"
When prompted for logon enter "anonymous"
When prompted for password enter "whatever you want"
at the ftp> prompt type all the following
"cd pub/AdvancedTactics"
"lcd c:\temp" (or whatever local path you want to download the file to
"mget AdvancedTactics-UpdateCompDR-v102.zip"
Enter "Y" when prompted!
"quit" to then exit.

That's it!
