Hey guys:

This looks to be resolution related as well. Can you manually change your screen res to 1024 x 768 then run the game and tell me the results?

Thank you

Your resolution looks OK but there are no options???
Did the install go OK?
Can you tell me if there is a file in your DATA directory called wgs_default_settings and if so how big is it?
Thank you

Guys,

I am at 1024*768 still the same error. This is exactly the same machine I used during Beta test. Only difference is the front end screens which have been added. I never got to test those...

Let me know if I can help...

Marshal/Erik,

The text is squashed into a small box about 3 pixels deep in the top left of the screen when you run new game. Cant see anything similar with the blank options screen though...

Goto your player screen (Like you're starting a new game) and tell me what that text looks like?
Thank you

I think what Marshall wants to know is what happens when you click on New Game - what does that look like?

Now I've got mine downloaded and that seemed like it went alright, but my game wont run either.  In the player selection screen I click the Begin button and get this error message:  Not enough storage is available to process this command.  I checked, C: drive has 56 GB of free space.  Op sys:  Win XP
The world has never seen a more impressive demonstration of the influence of sea power upon history. Those far distant, storm-beaten ships, upon which the Grand Army never looked, stood between it and the dominion of the world. -- Alfred Thayer Mahan
