First Impressions?

Empires in Arms is the computer version of Australian Design Group classic board game. Empires in Arms is a seven player game of grand strategy set during the Napoleonic period of 1805-1815. The unit scale is corps level with full diplomatic options

Naval is seriously crippled. In addition to the no loaning of fleets issue, the computer automatically retreats you to a port and of the 3 times I have done it they have never sent me back to a garrisoned port.  On the flip side my 1st naval battle I got the wind gauge and beat the British who remained in the sea zone.  I guess it is best to focus on the land war for now.
