unable to download

I've looked everywhere but have not found a link that downloads EiA. I've already purchased the complete package: download+ disc + insurance. ($90. US) I have a order number and serial number.

So what do I do now?

Hey, just an unofficial help, did you go to the Store - Order Status, then type your order number and the password you gave the order form? Once you do that, it should bring you to the order status sheet. The DL button is a big blue button around the serial number.

Try that.

Hey there, sorry I was offline for a bit - normally when you complete an order you will go to a screen that has a blue download button. If you miss that, you should get an e-mail with a download link. If you miss that, you can go back to www.findmyorder.com and enter in your order info to receive a download link and retrieve your serial number.
