Writing issues

The game is running but thus far I've encountered two issues:

I get an error message at start stating "Could not write function list" and it shows it twice. The game appears to proceed fine afterwards.

It will also not save preferences (and there is no way therefore to exit the options/preferences screen). It is trying to save the file as ".\Data\wgs_default_setting.dat"

Can you show me your directory structure? Underneath the EiANW directory. (Screenprint)?

Maybe it has to do with it not being on a C; drive.

Can you start the game by dbl-clicking the EiANW.EXE file in the EiANW directory then see if you get the same errors?

I also 'ran as administrator', this being a Vista machine.
