Unhandled exception error

I keep getting this one Vic.
I didn't get before v1.02... not sure that's the cause though.
I have a saved game that will allow you to see the bug. All you have to do is end turn and the bug will occur on the AI's turn

I send IRONCROM a personal hotfix.
