Problem registering game

I bought the download version of BoA from Matrix and have been trying all day to get it registered. All I get is this error:

I removed the serial number in the above paste.

I have tried using Firefox, IE6 and Opera but have had no luck.

I would appreciate it if Matrix would let me know what I need to do to get this game registered.

Cancel the request. I was able to get the games registered today.
