FYI - unhandled exception while playing Russia in Europe 39 scenario

Hi Vic,

I don't know if you need these but here is the debug paste. I was trying to move an engineer unit that had taken heavy losses due to an airstrike in the German turn. I think that the losses weren't showing up on the unit because it showed as 20 engineers and 1 truck when I clicked on the unit.

Doesn't seem to be repeatable. I rebooted and restarted my turn and it didn't happen.
