I don't believe there's a link.  I believe you have to PM him.  There's another thread further down where I got this info.

If Lesbaker wants, these can be added in a separate MODS folder for 1.03 so those that wishes to add them can do so.

    Great idea, I already use a mod folder to swap different files with JSGME (Jonesoft Generic Mod Enabler); helps to keep things nice and tidy with no chance of losing the original game files. if you would like to include my bases for 1.03, that's brilliant! where would you like me to send the files?
