PROBLEMS WITH DOWNLOADING V 1.20 PATCH

I am having no success in downloading the Version 1.20 patch from the site. I use DAP (Download Accelerator Program) but it stops after downloading 20% of the file and when I try and access it I get a "not a proper archive folder" message. Anyone had similar issues, Better still any one willing to e-mail me the patch?

Works fine with Mozilla.
