Pls email me at the email address that I mentioned in the first post of this thread. I have already heard from on person by email. I responded to him w/ these possible sides so we could have 4 players I think:

Germany
Austria/Ottoman
West
Russia/Serbia/Italy (unless you think the West should control Italy?)

I think options turned on should be:
Fog of War
Anti Supply
Anti PBEM cheat
Screenshots
Passwords

Anyway mail me and we'll figure it out and get it started.
