Depot garrison

Post by Jimmer »

I created a new depot this movement phase. Now, I want to drop off a factor from one of my infantry corps, onto the depot. When I click the button, it just dings (apparently telling me it's an illegal action, but it shouldn't be).

Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like there is a problem with detaching factors to depot garrison during the land phase but here’s a partial workaround (only works in friendly controlled city areas) until this is fixed. Drop a garrison into a city garrison and then transfer them out to the depot.

That would normally work, I suspect. However, this area doesn't have a city in it.

Thanks anyhow.

It seems that you use the "transfer forces between units" to move factors from a depot garrison to and from a corps, not the "move factors to garrison" button.

I'll try that when I get another chance. Thanks!
